Every maintenance plan includes a specified number of corrective repair labor hours in addition to preventive maintenance. These hours may be used for eligible diagnosis, troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs.
Additional Repair Labor
$120 / Hour
Labor beyond the included plan allowance is billed at $120/hour.
Unused repair labor hours do not roll over.
Replacement parts, materials, and consumables are not included in maintenance plan pricing. Required parts will be quoted separately and installed only after customer approval.
Emergency, same-day, after-hours, and service calls outside scheduled maintenance visits are billed separately. Contact NOVAC for service-call pricing.
