Monthly Maintenance Plans
Plan pricing is based on the number of machines in your fitness center.
Plans cover scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections. Repairs, replacement parts, and repair labor are billed separately unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.
Diagnostics & Repairs
Diagnostic & Repair Pricing
On-call diagnostic visits and repair labor are billed separately from the monthly maintenance plans.
Standard Service / Diagnostic Visit
$95per visit
Covers the initial visit to travel to your facility, inspect the reported equipment, diagnose the problem, perform basic troubleshooting, test the equipment, identify the likely cause, determine whether parts are needed, and provide a repair recommendation. This fee is for the diagnostic visit only — it does not include the repair itself.
Repair Labor
$120/hour
Once the problem has been diagnosed, repair labor is billed according to the time required to complete the approved work. A one-hour minimum applies. For larger jobs, a flat-rate quote may be provided instead of hourly billing.
Parts Policy
- Option A — NOVAC purchases the part: actual part cost plus a 15% procurement/handling fee. This covers identifying, sourcing, ordering, and coordinating the part for your equipment.
- Option B — Customer purchases the part directly: NOVAC charges only the applicable labor and service fees.
After-Hours / Priority Service
$150service fee
Plus labor and parts. Subject to technician availability. Recurring maintenance customers receive priority scheduling.
The monthly maintenance plan covers preventive maintenance and inspections. Repairs, parts, and major repair work are billed separately and always require customer approval before work begins.
