Terms of Service
These terms describe how service requests, pricing, estimates, and approvals are handled.
Service requests
Submitting a request through this website begins a service conversation and does not by itself create a scheduled service appointment or service agreement. Scheduling is confirmed by NOVAC.
Pricing
Published rates are a $95 service call covering dispatch and travel and $120 per hour for repair labor after diagnosis and service begins. Rates shown on this website are subject to the terms of any written service agreement.
Parts and approvals
Replacement parts are billed separately. When a repair requires parts, NOVAC identifies the required component and provides the applicable cost. Customer approval should be obtained before ordering or installing billable replacement parts when applicable.
Maintenance plans
Plans cover scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections. Repairs, replacement parts, and repair labor are billed separately unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.
