Terms of Service
These terms describe how service requests, pricing, estimates, and approvals are handled.
Service requests
Submitting a request through this website begins a service conversation and does not by itself create a scheduled service appointment or service agreement. Scheduling is confirmed by NOVAC.
Pricing
NOVAC provides customized proposals. Pricing for maintenance, repair labor, parts, setup, and other applicable charges is identified in your individual proposal and is subject to the terms of any written service agreement.
Parts and approvals
Replacement parts are billed separately. When a repair requires parts, NOVAC identifies the required component and provides the applicable cost. Customer approval should be obtained before ordering or installing billable replacement parts when applicable.
Maintenance plans
Maintenance plan scope, frequency, and included repair-labor coverage are defined in each customer's proposal.
